11/18 Set the Trend: Green Holiday
Come see how to have a greener holiday without traveling to the tropics! There are many ways to reduce, reuse and recycle during the holidays. It is estimated that the U.S. creates 5 million extra tons of waste during the holidays and much of that is wrapping paper! This program will focus on how we can reduce the amount of resources and energy we use during this time of celebration. This is fun hands on program demonstrating how to reuse everyday things to make our holidays less of an impact on the environment.
